YAT TIN intended to deal in heroin business. He used a good amount of profit to make WAH BILL to be his partner. BILL could not resist again the temptation and joined in plotting treason. On the other hand, a singer in Chung Hing Lau, SIU YUK, was asked to entertain PEDDAR. PEDDAR had an intention of maltreatment, SIU YUK was beaten seriously. LOK didn't have any concrete evidence and could not restrain him by law.
CHUM WAH and SIN MEI were being drawn into a conspiracy of drug trafficking. LOK
investigated and found out that YAT TIN did it. He ordered HONG KWAN to exterminate all drug traffickers and told WAH BILL to leave for a moment……
