HO is impressed when she hears KIU refuse FAI’s money during KIU and FAI’s secret talk. SHUM discovers that FAI has offered KIU money and feels that her devotion to the family is wasted. She quickly arrives at a plan of action.
RAINMAN sends SHUN to interview KWONG. SHUN is amused by KWONG and SHARA’s efforts to present a perfect image. SHING boasts to the waiters about his dangerous fighting experiences. SHUN is unimpressed and responds with stories about interviewing important people. SHING feels resentful about being upstaged. SHING thinks KWONG has paid SHUN and destroys all SHUN’s story draft deliberately. Later, he realizes his misunderstanding and leaves in embarassment. SHUN learns of SHING’s poor past from KIU and understands why he hates KWONG. KIU gets them out to sing. SHUN and SHING become best friends together with CHOR.
