CHIU goes to arrest TONG. In chaos, common people is killed. Under pressure, CHING blames CHIU and CHIU determines to catch FONG and CHEUNG. In the market place, CHIU meets NAM and he counsels her. On the other hand, FONG and CHEUNG take refuge in the royal temple. There they kill monks in the name of CHIU so as to get CHIU involved. CHING wants to arrest CHIU. CHIU is discontented and resigns.
