LO BIU is killed and YIU-WAI is missing. CHING-KO asks CHIU LAI to take up LO BIU's position temporarily. SEI-WAI and WAI-CHUN go to the Yamen to look for HA HAU-MO and they discover that he is on leave. When they leave, they overhears DOR-WAH and the others' conversation.
