JOEY is very angry after hearing' GWAN's word , She leaves angrily together with GWAN. WAI is very embarassed. KIN goes to the hospital to visit GWAN. JOEY asks KIN sending some guys to take care GWAN but she does not tell KIN the whole story. During the shareholders' meeting, JOEY announces that she will take over all GWAN's business.
