Stretching 30 kilometers north to south, the plain is populated by migratory birds that fly from Russia to Japan to spend the spring and fall seasons. Over 200 different species of wild birds have been recorded here. Our program host strolls around the vast plain with a guide and observes wild birds such as Bean Geese, the largest species of goose found in Japan.
