Hans looks back with him and discusses what thoughts he has about this holiday. Patient Samira is allowed to go outside for the first time after five years and would like to go to the supermarket during her supervised leave. TBS patient Kees continues to refuse hormonal libido inhibition and knows that he cannot therefore go on unescorted leave.
