Lee Eun Jae and Heo Joon Ki are students living in a student housing complex. Eun Jae has failed the civil servant exam five times in a row and is hoping to pass this time around. Joon Ki also failed multiple of times and struggles with his addiction to buying action figures. Joon Ki younger brother is Yoon Ki, an upcoming announcer.
The special follows the perspective of Eun Jae, Joon Ki, Yoon Ki, and convince store worker Kim Woo Hyun, following the death of a student in the student housing complex.
