CHUEN claims that he is the only official heir to the throne. CHAI brings Lady CHAN and the Empress Dowager to the Hall of Supreme Harmony as instructed. The Empress Dowager is shocked to learn that CHUEN has made such an obvious attempt to overthrow the government, and that CHAI has already betrayed her.
