With her best friend's wedding coming up, Regina is convinced she will be the maid of honor. However, she's forced to cover her disappointment when Tiffany asks her future sister-in-law, Bernadette, instead. And, making matters worse, Bernadette wants Steve to be her date. Meanwhile, Cedric and Lovita proudly announce their graduation from bartending and insurance school's. And Steve prepares the students to sing the school song for the Mayor's assembly, the students complain about the tune, so Steve assigns his class the task of writing a new song.
