YAN passes his critical stage and SHUI is relieved. SHUI knows that HOI is determined to mend his ways. Since YAN does not want to prosecute HOI, SHUI decides to cancel the lawsuit and HOI is very grateful. KONG is overjoyed to find that all brothers have dispelled their misunderstanding and reunite again. After discussion with KONG, YEUNG and SHUI decide to merge their companies and strive for better business opportunities together. After separation with LAY, YEUNG is somber all the time. His brothers thus help them to reunite again. YEUNG and SHUI's business is growing prosperously. KONG also actualizes his dream of setting up his own restaurant.
