It is in Chalèze, not far from Besançon, that Gianni and Julie called upon Philippe Etchebest. This couple of managers is in the process of seeing their restaurant sink on the banks of the Doubs. Since the opening, 3 and a half years ago, they never agreed on what they wanted to do with this establishment.
